Refund Policy

Because our services are custom engineering engagements, refunds and cancellations are handled per the terms of your signed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.

Discovery sprints

Discovery sprints are non-refundable once the sprint has begun, as they involve immediate senior engineering time.

Ongoing engagements

Retainer-based engagements can be paused or terminated with 30 days written notice. Any unused pre-paid time is either refunded or applied to a future engagement.
